It's great to see that the clay courters have made inroads in this year's French Open.
I'm happy to finally see Petra Martic of Croatia, creep ever so slowly to her first grand slam semifinal and she has a great chance of achieving it as she meets Marketa Vondrosouva of the Czech Republic in the quarters.
After being in the 4R twice ('12, '18) she finally ramps it up this year to a QF.
She can even aim higher if she wants, if she only believes in the possibilities. The French Open title perhaps?
She's been known as a solid clay courter all these years, it's about time she showed it to the whole world.
